2. Thou shall not keep your fat clothes after you have lost wt.
3. Thou shall not eat meat from animals that have 4 legs more than 1 time a week.
4. Thou shall not graze (before you go to the kitchen have in your head what you want)
5. Thou shall not eat after 7:30 pm ( or 2 hours prior to bed time).
6. Thou shalt not pack your dinner plate. (Food can't be taller than an inch high, and leave a 2" space around the edge of your plate).
7. Thou shall chew thy food 20 times.
8. Thou shall not covet thy neighbors food. ( No snitching their fries)!
9. Thou shall not carry small bills ( You're more likely to get food out of a vending machine)
10. Thou shall not eat driving or standing up.
So I'm going to try this out for a month and see what happens!! And I figure if I make it public then I'm more likely to do it. So starting out I'm 157 ugh!! I've gained about 15 lbs since I've been in Arizona!!! Shame Shame. and My Goal is to get to 135 -140 around there before Pete is done with school which is the middle of September. So that's 17-23 lbs, in 11 weeks. IT CAN BE DONE!!!

It can be done! You are so brave to post all that on your blog. You must be so serious. Today was the last day of me and Megan's diet. I lost 9 lbs. I had 4 more pounds to reach my goal, but I'm still pretty proud of myself. I did a lot of calorie counting and was surprised to see that I was still eating like I was pregnant, no wonder my baby weight wasn't coming off. There were just a few bad habits I had to stop and the pounds started coming off. Good luck to you!
I only lost 4 lbs, but it wasn't too bad. I don't know if I could not eat after 7:30 though. Maybe if I tried it....no, I just can't do it. Good luck! You go girl!
